Online shopping:

Set up an account on the site?
If you would like to set up an account on The Clean Living Company’s website. All your details will be treated with the utmost privacy and security. Security is very important to us.

We will require your delivery address, your contact and payment details. We will then ask you to set a password for your account. Please make sure your details are kept somewhere you can remember as this will help us to locate your account if you call or email us.

Once your account has been set up, you’ll be able to view your order summary again in your ‘shopping cart’ page.

Online orders:

All orders submitted through our www.cleanlivingcompany.ae website are confirmed by e-mail. No order should be deemed to be accepted without this confirmation. All orders are fulfilled subject to these terms and conditions. It might not be possible for us to accept orders for delivery to certain areas; in this case, the collection must be made from our stores or from a pre-arranged pick-up point.

All orders are subject to availability. Should any of the items be out of stock at the time of placing your order, you will be notified via email and we will suggest an alternative if possible. Alternatively, you will be offered a refund for this item (see refunds and returns).

Delivery:

Normal delivery times are 9 am – 6 pm Monday  to Friday.

  • UK  Delivery Charge £3.50 within 48 hours 
  • Europe Delivery Charge £12.50 within 3-5 days 
  • Rest of World, please check with us first to confirm we deliver to your region. Estimated Delivery Charge £20.00 within 7-10 days 

    Payments and refunds

    We offer two methods of payment:

    Prices quoted are in GBP Pounds and all payments are to be made in GBP Pounds. 

    Refunds and return:

    We’re proud to offer you a 90-day (from shipment date) money-back guarantee on all products sold through The Clean Living Company.*
    If you’re trying one tub of one product for the first time, and are not satisfied with either the product or your results, don’t worry about returning the product. Just let us know why you’re dissatisfied, and we’ll issue you a full refund less shipping. You don't have to return the tub to us.
    Refunds on orders of multiple tubs require that you return the unused product and use a shipping service that provides delivery confirmation (ex., tracking number). The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we have confirmation that your return is on the way, we’ll give you a full refund less your original shipping cost.     Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit or debit card).
    Other Considerations
    The Clean Living Company is not responsible for missing, damaged or stolen packages as a result of a mistake by the courier or the customer (ie. submitting wrong address). For these kinds of issues, The Clean Living Company will manage refunds and replacements on a case by case basis.
