We’ve been hearing your questions about fasting for quite some time, so we decided to sit down with Clean Living co-founder and Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, Dean Henry, to answer all your questions about fasting so you have the tools you need to start the new year off with a bang!




Q: What is fasting?


A Fast, or “cleanse” as it’s sometimes referred to as, is when you go through some sort of protocol to rid your body of harmful chemicals and toxins. In the process, you can find your body stabilizing blood sugar levels, tackling digestive issues, and overall resetting your gut, and in turn, your immune system.
